Santo Cuervo Tattoo Collective

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 6 October 2026

These terms apply when you use our website, send us an enquiry, book an appointment or get tattooed at Santo Cuervo Tattoo Collective. Please read them before you book. By paying a deposit you agree to these terms.

1. Enquiries and quotes

• Sending an enquiry is free and does not commit you to anything.
• Prices shown on our website, adverts and enquiry form are a guide. Full day sessions start from £600 and usually range from £600 to £800 depending on the artist, size and detail. Your final price will be confirmed with you before you book.
• We match each enquiry with the artist best suited to your idea, style and budget. Requests for a particular artist are welcome, subject to their availability.
• You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are 18 or over.

2. Bookings and deposits

• A booking is only confirmed once your deposit has been paid. The deposit amount will be confirmed when you book.
• Your deposit is taken off the price of your final session.
• Deposits are non-refundable, because they cover the artist's time spent preparing your design and the appointment slot held for you.
• If you need to move your appointment, give us at least 48 hours' notice and we will move your deposit to a new date. Moving with less notice, or missing your appointment, may mean losing your deposit.
• If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we may need to shorten or cancel your session, and the deposit may be lost.
• If we have to cancel or move your appointment, we will offer you a new date or a full refund of your deposit.

3. 10% off offer

From time to time we may offer 10% off to people who enquire through a specific offer page. Where this applies:

• The discount is 10% off the price of your tattoo session, as confirmed in your quote.
• To claim it, you must book and pay your deposit within 14 days of your enquiry. Your tattoo date itself can be later.
• Mention the offer code given to you when you book.
• One offer per person. It cannot be used with any other offer or discount and has no cash value.
• We may change or end the offer for new enquiries at any time. Anyone who has already enquired will still have their 14 days to claim it.

4. Payment and finance

• The balance is due on the day of your appointment, at the end of your session, unless agreed otherwise.
• For multi-session pieces, each session is paid for on the day.
• Finance may be available with some artists. Any finance agreement is with the finance provider and is subject to their own terms and approval.

5. Age, ID and health

• It is illegal to tattoo anyone under 18 in the UK. You must bring valid photo ID to your appointment. We will not tattoo you without it, even if you look over 18, and the deposit may be lost.
• You must complete and sign our consent form before your session, and tell us honestly about any medical conditions, allergies, medication, pregnancy or anything else that could affect your tattoo or healing.
• We will not tattoo anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• We may refuse or postpone a tattoo if we believe it is unsafe, for example because of broken or irritated skin, sunburn or a health concern.

6. Your design

• Every design is custom drawn by your artist. Designs are usually shown to you close to or on the day of your appointment, and small changes can be made then.
• Your artist keeps the copyright in their artwork. You are free to wear your tattoo and share photos of it, but the design may not be copied or reproduced by anyone else without permission.
• If you send reference images, you confirm you are allowed to share them. We use references for inspiration and will not copy another artist's work.
• Our artists can turn down any design they are not comfortable creating, including anything offensive or a direct copy.

7. Photos

We may photograph or film your tattoo to use in our portfolio, on our website and on social media. Your face will not be shown without your permission. If you would rather your tattoo is not photographed or shared, just tell your artist.

8. Aftercare and touch-ups

• We will give you aftercare instructions. How your tattoo heals depends a lot on how you look after it, so please follow them carefully.
• If something does not heal as it should, contact us. Touch-ups are offered at your artist's discretion, depending on the cause.
• We are not responsible for problems caused by not following aftercare advice, sun exposure, picking, swimming or other activities during healing.

9. Our responsibility to you

• We will carry out your tattoo with reasonable care and skill, following professional hygiene standards and the conditions of our local authority registration.
• Tattooing is a skilled hand process on living skin. Small variations in line, shading and colour are natural and are not a fault.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Behaviour in the studio

We want the studio to be a safe and comfortable space for everyone. We may end a session or refuse service to anyone who is abusive, aggressive or disrespectful to our team or other clients. Please keep guests to a minimum and agree this with us before your appointment.

11. Using our website

All content on this website, including photos of our work, belongs to Santo Cuervo Tattoo Collective or our artists and may not be copied without permission. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints, changes and law

• If you are unhappy with anything, please email [email protected] and we will do our best to put it right.
• We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you pay your deposit applies to your booking.
• These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
